Having trouble receiving messages in Rooms? Try updating the MWSD app.

How to update an Android app

  1. Open the Google Play Store app .
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."
  4. Tap Update.

How to update apps on your iPhone manually

  1. Tap the App Store app to open it.
  2. Next, tap on your profile icon at the top.
  3. Scroll down to the Available Updates section.
  4. To update every app for which an update is available, tap Update All.
  5. To update individual apps, locate the app you want to update and tap Update.
